1. Why should I purchase Called to Flag banners?

We think what really sets us apart from others is that our heart is to do the following:
1. Worship
2. Equip the body of Christ
3. Supply innovative, high quality products.
CALLED TO FLAG is developing a son-ship culture of worshiping Papa God with flags. Instead of asking you to donate to our ministry, we sell flags & the income made supports our ministry to continue to make high quality videos & teachings. We can proudly say that purchasing flags from Called to Flag is helping this ministry shape the culture of worship flaggers all around the world.

 

For people who currently cannot buy flags from us we really don’t mind you copying our flag style for personal use. In fact, we even posted a video on YouTube to show you how. But please do not use it to make and sell flags for your personal profit.  And please do not use our videos to sell copycat versions of our designs of flags and/or flag bags. (Yes, it has been done.) Without a timely message you are unfortunately just a flag salesperson.

 

 

2. How do I place an order?

1. If you see anything you like in the website, simply select the ADD TO CART icon on each of the product pages.  Click View Cart on the slide-out menu to see the item in your shipping cart or click on the orange bag at the top-right of the screen on any of the product pages to see the item(s) that are currently in your shopping cart. 

 

2. If you want to have a different color combination than the ones I have online you can e-mail me at calledtoflagcanada@gmail.com or click on the "Contact us" icon to describe your vision, colors, and fabric type. For Silk Flags, please use the Prophetically Dyed Silk option to describe your Special Requests. As well, simply leave your contact number & we will call you! We would love to talk to you! I will send you photos of the color combinations before I create your flags.

 

3. You can also call us and place an order by phone with your credit card.

 

4. All prices in USD.

 

 

3. Payment & Shipping Including Oversea

Shipping within the US is $10USD. Any orders made within a week of each other will reflect as only one shipping cost to you. Please make sure your address and information is correct when making your purchases/communicating details.

 

Shipping with in Canada is $18USD. Any orders made within a week of each other will reflect as only one shipping cost to you.  All the orders must be made at the same time & to the same address. 

 

Shipping overseas is available. Cost is $46USD to +$50USD depending on weight and the county destination. Please contact us for shipping costs. Any orders over $800usd may be subject to 7% import duties. Any possible VAT and/or customs charges will be paid for by the purchaser on the day of delivery. 

 

For USA. We will ship via USPS with shipping confirmation optional. Average 2-3 days.

For Canada orders will ship with Canada Post with shipping confirmation included. Average of 3 to 10 days.

For international orders. We use USPS. 

 

4. Returns & Refunds

No return and no exchange policy as all flags are custom made items.

25% of restocking fee on any return/Exchanged of permade flags. (shipping is not refundable)

 

5. How long it takes to order and receive flags?

From the day you place the order, please allow up to 14 business days to make the flags, plus the shipping time. For Custom silks, please allow up to 4 weeks to make the flags, plus shipping time. 

 

6. Payment Methods

We accept Paypal, major credit cards, e-transfer or money orders.

 

7. The Quality

We use high quality fabrics sourced from all over the world. All our worship flag edges are double-rolled so they look much better and are more protected. We sew your flags with a heavy-duty sewing machine. We do not serge. I tried serging when I first made flags but I did not like the look, feel or flow when flagging. Yes, it takes much more time but we offer our brand of flags specifically made to look, protect & curve for the best outcome for our customers. If you want high quality flags then our flags will be your first and only choice.  

 

8. Prayer

When I am making your flag, I am in an environment filled with worship. Usually worship leads to prayer for you, the intended owner. I speak destiny into you, your forgotten & hidden promises in your life & also the flags.  I am super excited for what is going to happen for YOU!  Sometimes I'll even weep over your flags. Many of the flag owners can sense the prayer and the anointing on the flag when they touch or use them.

 

9. Anointing oil

I use anointing oil from Kingly Anointing Oils to anoint your flags. Let us know before you order if you are sensitive to scents & will not use scented anointing oil.

 

10. Rush orders

We try our very best to craft your flags as soon as possible. Most of the time people can get their flags sooner than expected. We value each of your orders and we understand the urgency of getting your worship instruments into your hands.  If you really really really need a RUSH ORDER please contact us before you place an order via email.  When you want us to rush your order, that means we have to work extra hours so we don't put other orders behind. 

 

Is there an extra charge to rush orders?

Yes, $10 per set for single layer flags. $15usd per set of double layer flags. $20usd per set of triple layer flags.

 

We love communication so please contact us before you place your rush order. The best way to avoid a rush order is to order sooner!! 

 

11. Holiday Orders

If you are planning to place order as a holiday gift for someone special or for your church performance. Please order sooner because during the holiday season we will most likely extend our normal waiting time from 14 working days + shipping time to 30 working  days + shipping time. Average delivery time in the USA is 2-3 days. International shipments are 6-10 days.

 

12. Best Storage Practices

For single, double or triple layer flags:

1) Roll up flags when you are done using them

2) Store flags on a flat surface

3) Keep high heat & moisture away from flags ie: fireplace or windows

4) Do not leave your flags in a hot car or trunk bent, as this will warp the polymer rods

1) Roll up your silks when done using them. See video below.

2) For silk flags. Hold onto handle & not silk when using

3) Keep silks away from any type of moisture ie: windows, water bottles

About our rods

Please honor us by not contacting us about where to get our Polymer Rods, Ultra Rods™ or Flow Rods™ " (what it is made out of, the manufacturer info, etc.)  Our rods are made out of polymer, we've spent countless hours experimenting with with over 30 different type of rods to get the one works best for our flags.  Our Flow Rods™ are not made out of quill. They are not "quill" either.
